Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy
We use Emotionally Focused Therapy to help couples slow down and understand the emotional patterns that shape their relationship. In our work together, partners learn to tune into their inner emotional experiences and recognize how their nervous systems respond during moments of conflict, distance, or vulnerability.
