Working with US
We are warm, compassionate, and direct with our clients. Our strength is in helping you understand, confront, and change the patterns that are creating insecurity and disconnection in your relationships.
We are certified in Emotionally Focused therapy (EFT), which is the most effective evidenced-based treatment modality for distressed couples. This modality will help you move away from disconnection and conflict and towards more effective communication and conflict resolution. We use this experiential model to guide you and your partner to process and share your emotions and needs with one another in the present moment. Our goals throughout the therapeutic process are to help you expand your emotional awareness and regulation, handle conflict better, create more vulnerable bonds, and heal past relationship wounds.
WHO We WORK WITH
We work with adult clients (18 and older) helping couples, families (4-5 adults), and individuals who are experiencing relationship distress including: conflict, insecurity, infidelity, divorce, life transitions, communication struggles, etc. If you have an active addiction, ongoing infidelity, or experience physical violence, we may not be able to see you for couples therapy as our approach requires emotional vulnerability and a base level of safety. In these cases, individual therapy would be recommended prior to engaging in couples work.
LOCATION
We enjoy working with clients in-person at 1700 W. Koch St, Ste 12 in Bozeman, Montana. We also offer tele-health for those who live outside of the Bozeman area.

We are also happy to provide a superbill — an itemized receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.
We are currently an out-of-pocket practice for couple and family therapy as most major insurance companies do not reimburse for these services unless one partner has a serious, diagnosable, provable and documented mental health condition.
We recommend calling the member services number on the back of your insurance card to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first session.
We accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA payments.
Please refer to our Insurance Policy Section for more information.
